The information below is provided based on courier recommended postage dates for mail to arrive in time for Christmas.
Orders may be delayed over the Christmas period due to supplier downtime, but we will keep you informed of any delays with your order. Any orders made between Christmas and New Year are subject to delay as there are no Royal Mail collections on 25th & 26th December 2024 or Wednesday 1 January 2025. Royal Mail and DPD will also not be Delivering on the public holidays 25 & 26 December and the 1 January 2025. Additionally, the 2 January 2025 in Scotland.
Normal services are to resume on Thursday, 2nd January 2025 (except Scotland where there will be no deliveries or collections due to the bank holiday).
In order to ensure we have enough time to process and dispatch your prescription order, we must receive your prescription on or before Monday 16th December.
