What Happens Next?
After booking your video consultations, you will be emailed a Pre- Consultation Questionnaire that asks for all these details and includes links to upload your ID and evidence.

To proceed with the appointment and issue a treatment, patients are required to provide:
- The completed pre-consultation questionnaire
- A photo of their passport or driving license
- Evidence that they have been prescribed the medication before
- A UK address (temporary address for those visiting the UK, this can be a hotel)
