Buying Assistant - Mallard House

Weldricks Pharmacy has an opportunity for a Part-Time Buying Assistant to join our Buying Team in our Head Office based in Doncaster. Full system training provided by helpful and supportive colleagues.

As our valued Buying Assistant, you will support our Buying department in sourcing, purchasing and managing stocks of our core lines.

You will ensure our stock management systems are accurate and up to date, process invoices making sure price changes are made effective on the system and communicate any cost changes. Also ensuring credit requests and returns from pharmacies are processed in a timely manner and any outstanding credits are chased with the supplier. 

What do you need? 

As our Buying Assistant, you will possess the following qualities:

Excellent communication skills
The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Flexibility to help if needed
A good understanding of written English
Proficiency in Excel

Working hours: 20

Flexible between Monday-Friday 9:00-5:30 (Monday and Tuesday cover preferred)

Hourly rate: £11.44
