HR Advisor, Doncaster
The role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR team, in an operational generalist role where you will deliver an effective and efficient HR service, providing professional HR advice and guidance on our people processes to line managers within an allocated area of the business. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy HR team and qualified to CIPD Level 5 in HRM. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential together with the ability to work independently. You will be able to converse with people at all levels to build positive relationships with line managers and colleagues internally. You will be familiar with Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of HRMS systems would be advantageous.
The person:
We are looking for someone who is a flexible and effective team member, with a high level of personal integrity and who is motivated to be pro-active and deal with issues promptly as they occur.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm, Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Salary:
Dependent on experience and qualifications.
