The Role:

Ensuring all branches have pharmacist cover during opening hours; utilising the electronic rota platform for branch rotas including management of holidays, absence and locum bookings; building relationships with direct locums and agencies to enhance the locum pool; checking and processing payments for internal pharmacists and locums; managing pharmacist holiday requests through the platform; supporting Area Managers with the recruitment of pharmacists and coordinating work pattern adjustments to meet the business needs. 

You will work 35 hours per week, Monday 8.30am to 4.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch, Tuesday, Wednesday 8.30am to 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch each day, Thursday 8.30am to 1.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch.  You will be required to be on call 1 in 4 Saturdays to answer any telephone queries.  

Hourly rate will be between £6.40 and £11.44 depending on age

We are looking for a Candidate who is Computer Literate (Outlook, Excel, Word, Bespoke Systems), well Organised, a creative problem solver and a team Player.

You will have strong Communication and rapport building skills and have a resilient nature

You will carry out your duties professionally, observing all regulatory and legal requirements, as well as adhering to company policies and procedures.
