THE COMPANY

Weldricks is a family owned pharmacy with over 60 stores and more than 600 dedicated employees in stores across South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and East Riding. We are now expanding the team of trainee and pharmacy assistants across the region and are keen to seek applicants who can bring something special to the team. Customers and excellent service are at the heart of what you would be expected to deliver as our customers will be relying on you for advice and insight into a wide range of issues.

Hours of work Monday, Tuesday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Thursday, Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch each day worked.

This is a permanent role.

THE ROLE

Give a high standard of customer care, display high personal and work standards, train, help and guide colleagues as needed.

Implement the Weldricks customer care policy to the highest possible standards.

Respond openly and honestly to reviews and feedback to improve procedures

Follow company dispensing processes and your training.

Read, understand and sign all SOP’s.

Handover and summarise everything the Pharmacist or colleagues who are working in branch the following day need to know.

Paperwork completed accurately and returned within deadlines by all colleagues, to correct department.

Read the Weekly Memo each week to keep up to

date with changes, amendments and/or additions to company policies, procedures and contractual obligations which may be introduced to reflect the changing needs of the business, including amendments to the BPM and DBPM.

Technician only- meet GPhC standards of conduct, ethics and performance.

Be aware of legal classifications relating to Vet RX including prescribing under the cascade.

Follow protocols and your training.

Authorise and check web orders liaising with RP where necessary

Liaise with patients to facilitate sales where additional information is required.
