You can use our app to manage your NHS repeat prescriptions.
Complete the registration and change your nomination to your nearest Weldricks Pharmacy, or set it to "Leedale Pharmacy" to access our national delivery service.

We can only dispatch Prescription medication on receipt of the original paper prescription or electronic NHS token.

You will be prompted to create a pet account and upload your prescription after checkout.
For CONTROLLED DRUGS, we must have your original Vet prescription.

If the item your vet has prescribed Human Medicine, we are prohibited by the VMD from listing these products for direct sale.
However, please use our Human medicine enquiry form and our Customer Care team will be in contact to discuss your requirements.
We can advise and build an order and supply your medicines as required.
For CONTROLLED DRUGS, we must have your original Vet prescription.

Our technicians and Pharmacist team will review your prescription order and dispense your medication.
Typically, this is within 1-3 working days after receipt of your prescription.
We will dispatch your medicine using one of our secure dispatch methods outlined below depending on the type of medicine in the order.
- DPD Pharmacy Service or RM Tracked and Signed
  - A fully trackable next working day service (not guaranteed).
  - A tracking link will be available.
  - Prescription medicines cannot be left in a safe place.
  - Orders can be left with a neighbour, at a Pickup location or posted.
- For Fridge/Chilled products. DPD Fridge
  - We will contact you to arrange delivery to ensure you will be in.
  - Fully tracked with 1 hour delivery window.
  - A PIN will be given which must be given to the driver.
  - One delivery attempt will be made.
  - No redirection, or delivery delay options are available.
  - Non-delivery will be returned directly to Weldricks, re-delivery fees may be charged. (This is to ensure your delivery reaches you as intended with the correct temperature)
- For Controlled drugs. DPD CD service
  - Next day service.
  - A unique PIN will be sent which must be given to the driver to complete delivery.
  - No redirection, or delivery delay options are available.
  - 2 delivery attempts will be made Free of Charge.
