I was recommended to try this toothpaste by my NHS dentist a while back and although his surgery sells it, their price is quite high compared to Weldricks. It provides protection for teeth that are sensitive to hot and cold, often caused by over-brushing wearing away the dentine coating. I can confirm it is effective in this, much better than other brands like Sensodyne, and is reasonably pleasant to use - not too strong mint taste. The product would get 5 stars apart from the fact the manufacturer confirmed that the tube cannot be recycled which is not great when we're trying to use less plastic. Apparently plastic that can be recycled interacts with the toothpaste reducing its effectiveness. I'd still recommend it though - much better to pay the extra over Sensodyne for something that actually works.
