Flexiseq Max is a topically applied gel giving join pain relief. I have been using it on a daily basis for the last two years with excellent results. Using it has allowed me reduce the number of paracetamol and ibuprofen I have to take. I use it on my R hip (post surgery to repair a broken head of femur). Also my left shoulder which has painful grating following a fall while skiing. Finally I use it on both ankles which are just getting old like the rest of me. Flexiseq Max just works for me.
