Very happy with service...the only two issues I've had is once they sent me a short order...but one phone call to customer service and it was resolved and the rest of the items I had ordered were dispatched...but the biggest issue I've had was with dpd absolutely useless service...so I now use royal mail...and no delivery issues so far
