Alvita Heat Patch Pack of 4

Alvita Heat Patch provides long lasting relief from minor aches, joint stiffness, muscular and joint pain. The heat from the patch stimulates blood circulation to the area providing pain relief. It is odourless, drugfree and single use.

• It is an air-activated, self-heating, disposable, non-medicated device. It generates heat when the iron powder, activated carbon, salts and water in the patch come into contact with the oxygen in the air and undergo an oxidation reaction.

Instructions for use:

• Tear open plastic packaging when ready to use and peel away the paper to reveal the adhesive side.
• Use on clean, dry skin or on clothes. Place the patch on the painful area with the adhesive side onto the skin or on clothing. Attach firmly.

• Use with careful supervision on elderly, physically handicapped or disabled persons and on people unable to remove the product on their own. This patch could cause skin irritation or burns, particularly to elderly with ageing skin
• Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use on infants or children
• Do not use for more than 8 hours in any 24 hour period on the same area. Do not use on face or mucous membranes, on wounds or broken skin, on areas of the body where heat cannot be felt
• Discontinue use if skin sensitivity or irritation occurs, or if patch gets uncomfortably hot
• For single and external use only. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Centre. If contents come in contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. Do not use while sleeping or if you are diabetic
•  Do not use with topical medications and with electric heating devices or other heat sources. Do not use with sustained pressure against the patch
• Consult a doctor before use if you have poor circulation, nerve damage, a skin condition or are pregnant
• Do not use if product is punctured or torn
• Do not cut, massage or fold the patch. Do not bandage
• Do not microwave or attempt to reheat product
• Store in a cool dry place and avoid exposure to direct sunlight or heat.
