1. Wash and dry your nose to help the strip to stick. 
2. Remove from the wrapper.
3. Peel away the first silicone flap and stick to the side of the nose, then repeat with the second silicone flap, ensuring the plaster is firmly secured to the nose by hand.

For external and single use only.

Do not use on sores, sunburnt or irritated skin.

Do not use more than 12 hours per day.

Not indicated for children under 5 years of age.

Do not use to treat sleep apnoea.

Do not use if there are known allergies to the dressing or any of its components. If a rash or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use. 

Strip packaging contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions.
