Enshake (Ensure Powder) is a high energy, high protein powder style nutritional drink, designed for people with involuntary loss of weight or those who are recovering from illness or surgery.

Pour 240ml whole milk into a jug or shaker

Empty the contents of one sachet into the milk.

Mix with a whisk or in a shaker. For a frothy shake, use an electric blender.

Pour into a glass and serve.

Once reconstituted, Enshake can be stored in a refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
