The progression order of the training is based on Aoife Ni Eochaidh’s 25 years of clinical practice successfully treating thousands of women and many men with pelvic floor muscle problems. Aoife has developed a Tracker tool for each Home Pelvic Routine Course. Using the Home Pelvic Routine Tracker again in the advanced course will help you to remember to do the exercises and routines every day.
