Each Lamberts Vitamin D3 Capsules contains a full 4000iu of Vitamin D.

Vitamin D3 is recommended for pregnant or breast feeding women, adults over the age of 65 and people who are not exposed to much sun.

Vitamin D is essential for healthy bones, as well as teeth, and is thought to be important for a healthy immune system.

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
