Tackling severely dry skin from a moisture-based approach was a natural tactic: parched, barren earth needs water. Rough, dry skin, same deal. O'Keeffe's Working Hands Cream contains a high concentration of Glycerin that draws in and retains moisture which is necessary for healthy skin.

Apply sparingly. Apply to dry skin as needed throughout the day, particularly after washing hands or bathing. Nighttime use is also highly recommended as this is the most effective time for moisturising extremely dry skin. Mild stinging of severely dry skin is normal.
