O.R.S Sport electrolyte tablets enable your body to absorb water faster and stay hydrated for longer by replacing the fluids and electrolytes you lose when you sweat. O.R.S Sport contains the perfect balance of electrolytes and a small amount of glucose (8.5 kcal) that enables your body to absorb fluids faster through a process called electrolyte driven osmosis. O.R.S Sport also contains Magnesium and Vitamin D which helps to reduce fatigue and support efficient muscle function. O.R.S Sport is Informed Sport Certified safe for use by professional athletes to aid hydration and recovery. Simply drop, dissolve and drink in normal drinking water O.R.S Sport is a vegan friendly formula free from gluten, lactose and artificial preservatives. To maintain the body’s fluid level, prepare a solution of 1 tablet per 500ml of water. Drink 500ml before, during and after exercise. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Adults should not take more than 2 tablets per day
