Spatone® Iron-Rich water provides a rich source of iron that is gentle on the stomach and easily absorbed. It's a natural way to take iron, and every drop of our iron-rich water is sourced directly from the Trefriw wells Spa in the Welsh National Park of Snowdonia.

Simply take straight from the sachet or dilute in juice high in Vitamin C to increase iron absorption. To get the most out of Spatone®, take on an empty stomach. It’s best to allow a 30-45 minute gap before eating or drinking.
Adults & Children over two: Take one sachet daily.
Pregnant women: Take two sachets daily.
