Tubigrip size E fits joints or limbs 24-28cm in circumference; Suitable for a large elbow, medium to large ankle or a medium knee.  

A tubular elasticated bandage to give firm support for sprains, strains and weak joints. Quick and easy to apply and re-apply.

• Provides even pressure and stays in place without pins or tapes.
• Comfortable, allows freedom of movement.
• Washable.

To minimise swelling and reduce pain use a cold compress on the affected area immediately after the injury has occurred.

• Cut Tubigrip to twice length required for the area to be covered, with 3cm extra for overlap.
• Pull the bandage evenly over the limb as a sleeve.
• Always double Tubigrip back over the limb (cut edge uppermost) to form a second layer.
