Zinplex Junior Cough Bee Calm Syrup 200ml

ZINPLEX® JUNIOR COUGH BEE CALM Syrup is an expectorant to help relieve coughing, loosen mucous and phlegm in airways and maintain immune function.

Ivy leaf extract can assist with the relief of cough, acute and chronic bronchial disorders, chesty coughs, mucous coughs and build-up of mucous in the nose, throat and airways.

Zinc picolinate is an essential element of nutrition that assists in connective tissue formation, the maintenance of a healthy skin, together with immune function and good health. It also assists the body to metabolise carbohydrates, fats and protein.

Selenium is a necessary trace element that acts as an antioxidant assisting with the maintenance of good health.

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is one of the vitamins that play a major role in the body to maintain good health. It helps in the development and maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth and gums. Also assists the body to metabolise fats and proteins and assists in connective tissue formation and wound healing.

Do not share medicines prescribed for you with any other person.

Always give ZINPLEX® JUNIOR COUGH BEE CALM Syrup exactly as the instruction on the label or your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The usual dose is:

Children from 2-3 years: Give 2.5 ml twice a day

Children from 4-8 years: Give 5 ml twice a day

Children from 9-12: Give 7.5 ml twice a day

Shake the bottle well before use.

If the symptoms persist during the use for longer than a week, a doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner should be consulted.

If you give more ZINPLEX® COUGH BEE CALM Syrup than you should

In the event of overdosage, consult your doctor or pharmacist. If neither is available, contact the nearest hospital or poison centre.

If you forget to give ZINPLEX® JUNIOR COUGH BEE CALM Syrup

Do not take a double dose to make up for forgotten individual doses.

Nutritional supplementation should not replace a balanced diet.

Taking multiple supplements and multivitamins may cause a cumulative intake of certain nutrients and or substances.

Do not exceed the indicated dose except on medical advice from a healthcare professional.

Consult your healthcare professional before taking this medicine.

Store all medicines and supplements out of reach of children

Store at or below 25 °C in a cool place.
Keep the container tightly closed
Do not store in a bathroom.
Do not use after the expiry date stated on the label and bottle.
Return all unused medicine to your pharmacist.

Do not dispose of unused medicine in drains or sewerage systems (e.g. toilets).

The active substance per 5 ml is:

Dry extract (5-6:1) ivy leaf 35 mg

Zinc picolinate 26.3158 mg (equivalent to 5.53 mg elemental zinc)

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 20 mg

Selenium AAC 2 % 0,5 mg (equivalent to 10 µg elemental selenium)
