ZINPLEX® Forte Tablets contributes to the maintenance of eyesight, skin, membranes and immune function.

Zinc picolinate is an essential element of nutrition that assists in connective tissue formation, the maintenance of a healthy skin, together with immune function. It also assists the body to metabolise carbohydrates, fats and protein.

Selenium is a necessary trace element that acts as an antioxidant assisting with the maintenance of good health.

Vitamin A is an essential element for maintenance of eyesight, skin and membranes. Development and maintenance of bones and teeth.

Always take ZINPLEX® Forte Tablets exactly as the instruction on the label or your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The usual dose is:

Adults: 1 tablet daily

It is recommended to take a supplement at the same time every day for best results.

Take with food.

Take 3 hours before or 3 hours after you take other medicines.

Zinc and selenium considered safe if taken at the recommended dosage.

Nutritional supplementation should not replace a balanced diet.

Taking multiple supplements and multivitamins may cause a cumulative intake of certain nutrients and or substances.

The active substance per tablet s: Zinc picolinate 119.2 mg (equivalent to 25 mg elemental zinc), Vitamin A Acetate 4 mg (equivalent to 2000 IU), Selenium AAC 2 % 3 mg (equivalent to 60 µg elemental selenium)
