Zinc picolinate is an essential element of nutrition that assists in connective tissue formation, the maintenance of a healthy skin, together with immune function. It also assists the body to metabolise carbohydrates, fats and protein.
Selenium is a necessary trace element that acts as an antioxidant assisting with the maintenance of good health

The usual dose is:
Adults: 1 tablet daily
It is recommended to take a supplement at the same time every day for best results.
Take with food.
Take 3 hours before or 3 hours after you take other medicines.
Zinc and selenium are considered safe if taken at the recommended dosage.
Nutritional supplementation should not replace a balanced diet.
Taking multiple supplements and multivitamins may cause a cumulative intake of certain nutrients and or substances.
Do not exceed the indicated dose except on medical advice from a healthcare professional.

The active substance per tablet is: Zinc picolinate 119.2 mg (equivalent to 25 mg elemental zinc), Selenium AAC 2 % 3 mg (equivalent to 60 µg elemental selenium)
The other ingredients are: dicalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate
